The maths, honestly
£100 +VAT x 12 months = £1,200 +VAT. That’s the minimum you’ll spend in your first year. After that it’s rolling monthly.
Compare to a typical custom website: £1,800 to £3,500 upfront, plus hosting from £45/month, plus support retainers, plus charging for every change. Launchpad rolls all of that into one fee that doesn’t change.
The trade-off: we limit Launchpad to 6 pages. If you need more, you’ll outgrow it. That’s fine. We’ll talk about migrating you to a custom build when you’re ready.

Common questions, answered straight
What happens after 12 months?
Nothing changes unless you want it to. The plan rolls onto monthly, you can cancel any time with 30 days notice. Most clients stay because the site keeps working and changes get made when needed.
What if I want to leave before 12 months?
You can. You'd pay the remaining months as a one-off (so £100 x months left) and we'd hand over the design and content. Honest reason for the term: a custom website costs us more than £100 to build, and the term is how the maths works.
Can I take the website with me if I leave?
Yes. After 12 months, the site, design and content are yours. Before 12 months, settle the remaining term first and you're free to go anywhere. We don't lock anyone in.
Why £100/month? What's the catch?
No catch. The maths works because of three things: we limit Launchpad to 6 pages, we batch the work efficiently, and we only take a small number of clients on the plan at any time. If we tried to scale this to 200 clients on £100/month it would fall apart. We don't, so it doesn't.
Is hosting really included? What kind?
Yes. UK-based, renewable-powered infrastructure with LiteSpeed caching for fast loads and proper support behind it. On its own that kind of hosting starts around £45 a month. Here the cost is built into the £100, and you don't need a separate hosting account.
What about the domain?
If you don't already have one, we'll register a .co.uk or .com for you. If you do have one, we'll move the DNS over. The domain is registered in your name (not ours) so you keep it whatever happens.
Can I have an ecommerce shop on Launchpad?
No, this plan is for brochure sites only. Ecommerce takes much more time to build and support, so we have a separate package for that. Talk to us if you need an online shop and we'll put together pricing.
What if my business needs change?
That's fine. Most Launchpad clients add 1-2 pages or change something significant in their first 12 months. Within reason, this is included. If you want a complete redesign or to double the page count, we'd talk about moving you to a different plan.
Do I get to talk to a real person?
Yes. Your main point of contact stays the same from kick-off to year ten. No account managers in the way, no offshore call centre. We're a small Cheshire team.
How is this different from Wix or Squarespace?
Wix and Squarespace are DIY website builders. You build the site, on their platform, in your time. Launchpad is the opposite. We build a custom-coded website specifically for your business, host it, support it, and update it. The cost is similar, the result isn't.
