To be honest, there aren’t many social channels we don’t support with – Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, YouTube, TikTok, Bluesky, Threads, Telegram, WhatsApp Business, Mastodon – we do it all!. That said, for most clients we normally manage 2-5 accounts, as it’s better to focus on the channels your target audience actually uses.
Always. You (and your team) get access to our social media management portal ahead of time, where you can review the content we’ve created and either approve it or speak directly with our team to request alterations. There are never any caps on alterations or changes, and our portal is very snazzy but easy to use – even technophobes find it a breeze!
That’s a separate thing we also do. Organic content builds the audience and the trust; paid social puts budget behind reaching more of the right people. Plenty of clients have us do both, and they work really well together. During your initial consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss how this would help in more depth.
We understand the importance of sleek visuals and engaging videos, and our in-house design team take extreme pride in using the latest design trends to ensure on-brand and visually attractive content. There is no extra cost for this, as we want to make your content as successful as possible.
Whether it’s responding to inbound messages, signposting to resources, posting into relevant community groups or replying to comments, we do offer inbox management and engagement services as an additional add-on element. We will work with you to develop an on-brand tone of voice and clear but flexible scripting to ensure your customers feel they are speaking with a member of your team.
We do offer content days, where some of our team come to your premises to capture videos and pictures for use in our projects. We aren’t professional photographers or videographers, but we do know what looks great on social media, in emails and on websites, so we capture the content that we wish we had. These are additional to most of our organic social media packages, but in some situations we may be able to offer an exchange of services agreement.
If you have a physical product, you can post us a selection to use for content creation. Depending on your product, we may even be able to create some UGC style footage. It’s always best to discuss with us during the initial consultation.
We believe it’s not a real partnership if you feel restricted. We view alterations as a chance for us to learn and better understand your brand and industry – not as a negative! We will make as many changes as needed to ensure all of our content matches your vision.
