With over 15 years in marketing and a background in creative strategy, branding, and consumer psychology, Rhi is obsessed with helping businesses find their voice and actually connect with their customers. She has studied art, mythology, creative writing, marketing and Shakespeare, shaping how she thinks about storytelling, human connection, and what actually makes people listen.From a single teenage mum to a finalist for Business Mum of the Year in the Women in Business Awards 2026 and the FSB Young Entrepreneur Awards 2022, she's proof that you can build a thriving agency without sacrificing your family.When she's not campaign planning with clients, you'll find her reading Stephen King, planning her next travel adventure, or watching Disney movies with her family. She's a proud mum of six - five boys, one of which Jonah sadly passed away from SIDS in 2022, and a daughter. She is passionate about supporting neurodiversity, and a firm believer that business should be built on integrity, not just profit.

Husband to Rhi, and in charge of managing the techy side of the agency. Can usually be found in a dark room staring at lines of code or deep-diving into analytics. He's half-Finnish and incredibly proud of his heritage.
