Your main point of contact is a senior person who stays with you throughout, involved in the work rather than relaying messages from a separate team. That's how we keep the standard high and the price honest.
Training makes sense when you’ve got someone in-house with a bit of time and the right attitude, they just haven’t been shown how. Maybe a marketing assistant, an owner who wants to do it themselves, or a small team sharing the load.
We’d rather be honest up front: if nobody actually has time to post, training won’t fix that, and you’d be better having us run it. But if you’ve got the person and the will, a good session saves you months of guessing.
Sessions run over video, one-to-one or for a small team, and we’re happy to check in afterwards so it doesn’t drift.

It depends on where your team’s starting from. Some want a focused half-day to get going; others prefer a few shorter sessions spread out so they can practise between. We’ll suggest a shape once we know the starting point.
Either. We're Cheshire-based so in-person works well locally, and video sessions work just as well and suit teams that are spread out.
No problem, plenty of clients go that way once they see what’s involved. The training’s never wasted either, because you’ll understand exactly what we’re doing and why.
