After years in a variety of in-house marketing roles, Rhiannon was fed up with watching smaller businesses get consistently overlooked by agencies chasing bigger budgets and famous brands. The SMEs deserved a full-service agency that treated them as a priority, not an afterthought. So she built Cheshire Cat Marketing – with no investment, no backing, and no safety net.
As a mum with bills to pay, it was a scary step, but word spread, and it spread fast! Just a month after launching, her husband, Darren, left his board-level marketing role to join the team, and they hired their first full-time staff member. From that point on, the team grew quickly, the awards started piling up, the partnerships opened up, and now, a decade later, they have a multi-award-winning agency, six wonderful children and big plans for the future.
Still independent, still female-founded, and still driven by the same passion, we work only with businesses we genuinely believe in, from ambitious startups to established SMEs. We don’t do the usual ‘agency churn’. When we partner with a business, we view it as a long-term partnership we invest in, and we are incredibly proud to have clients who have been with us since day one!
